Our caramels & toffee are made fresh to order.

Order Processing

We make our very best effort to ensure every order goes out within 24–72 hours during business days. Additional time may be needed during peak holiday periods.

Free Pick Up

Place your order online, proceed to shipping options, and select pick up. We will WhatsApp or email you to coordinate Bayader or 5th Circle. Pickup is Saturday – Thursday. Call or WhatsApp +962 79 8262 750 for urgent orders.

We currently deliver in Amman only.

Hot Weather Holds

During hot weather, we may choose not to ship orders to prevent melting in transit. We will contact you if your order is affected.

Returns

As handcrafted perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at [email protected] — we are here to help.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after two hours from placement.
