Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from TOFFIMELT by Rami Haikal ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

All items are made fresh to order. Please allow 24–72 hours processing before pickup or dispatch. We may contact you to confirm details, quantities, or delivery timing.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery or at pickup unless we agree otherwise. Prices are in Jordanian dinars and include VAT where shown at checkout.

Delivery and pickup

We currently deliver in Amman and offer free local pickup. Delivery windows are estimates. See our shipping and delivery policy for rates and returns.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation within two hours of placing an order by emailing [email protected] or calling +962 79 8262 750. After production has started we may not be able to cancel.

Allergens

Products may contain or be prepared near milk, nuts, and other allergens. Check each product page and contact us if you have a serious allergy.
